Refunds will be issued where a product is faulty, not as described, or does not do what it is designed to do. This excludes where a customer is aware a product is faulty or does not function as designed at the time of purchase, or where the customer has attempted to repair a fault themselves.
Good News must be notified of a faulty product within 7 days of purchase and the item must be returned within 28 days of purchase. All other returns will be dealt with under our exchange policy.
Products can be exchanged to match the value of the item being returned. Items must be returned within 28 days of purchase and a valid proof of purchase will be required.
We are unable to offer an exchange for any clerical items.
